The overall skin and layout is very nice, it's just a few minor details away from being able to blow people away imo. Eg: the smoke from the rifle next to the logo might look better removed or faded. The site logo could also benefit from not being nestled under the login, which will make it more a center piece that can't be missed in all the noise. Finally, it's often beneficial to minimise the amount of links in your navigation, especially the very top navigation to 5-7. Whether you use drop down menus or multiple smaller spread out menus etc to still have all the site links available but in a very easy to access way.

I love your work, I don't mean to come off as rude. Just try to remember the average time a person will wait on a site these days is 3-5 second before moving on. You have to make sure they like what they see in those moments, and that they spend those fleeting seconds admiring and wowing and not trying to figure out which of the 12 links has what they're looking for.
